Teen killed in fatal car accident

01/22/21- 19 year old identified as Donaldo Martinez was killed in a fatal car accident against a semi truck at 2 pm this afternoon. Authorities said that there was no sign of speeding, but the accident was a result of alcohol use against the truck driver. The driver was taken into custody, but Donaldo was pronounced dead at the scene. First responders announced that Donaldo was indeed alive for a short wild, but due to high blunt forced trauma did not make it. Officials are further investigating the tragic accident followed by the DUI administered to the driver. Srgt- Rodriguez said “The truck driver was cooperating and the DUI was administered and came back with high level of alcohol percentage so he will be processed and taken to a court of law”.
