14 year old Teenage girl found dead in an alleyway

Eilyahna J Asher was found dead yesterday at the time of 2:35 in the morning. She had been tortured and dumped in a back alleyway in Eugene. Police encourage people that if you have any imformation of who might be responsible please contact the local police in your area.
