The New Hope Foundations & The Barbados Heart and Stroke Foundation Donates to the community by packaging healthy hampers for vulnerable persons living with non – communicable diseases (NCDs) including diabetes and hypertension, during the COVID – 19 pandemic

Akoybi Greaves 17, M.P Youth Minister & Head chairman/Founder of The New Hope Foundation, said this evening to members of the Barbados Today Team, he is glad to be back as he was up at The Barbados Youth Advance Corps, as he was seeking to be a more disciplined leader and he is ready to engage back into any situations in this country Greaves said, which he started off with another feeding December 20th, 2020, as soon as he came home, Greaves even went as far to purchasing 150 Polo shirts, and 150 Men Jeans which were dished out to Homeless persons December 21st, 2020, in Bay street at the Esplanade which also included a Christmas feeding, Greaves said “I personally don’t think just because a Man/Woman is homeless they deserve old clothing, they should never be treated as less, Greaves also donated $75,000 to Adria’s Foster Home, $25,000 to Lilly’s Home for the Elderly, Members of The Royal Barbados Police Force such as, Sergeant Kristia Alleyne said “it’s good to have Akoybi back we missed him while he was at The Youth Advance Corps, it’s always good to have his back as he is a good Young man we are there to guide him, but we will always protect him no matter what, we are certainly glad to have him, and I hope he will continue to shine bright, and follow in his Uncle’s footsteps, Hon. Kirk D. M. Humphrey, M.P.
