Police were called to a adress in walsall in the middle of the night the stabbing took place at 00:13am Abid Hashimi was walking from his sisters and saw a group of men approaching him and had knives the group of of people left marks on his body and was found stabbed to the leg.
He was initially treated at the scene but was later transferred to hospital where he remains in a critical condition.
Following a number of enquiries, officers made four arrests yesterday (December 24) as part of the investigation.
