Rafael Ramirez shot outside his home in homewood

At according 2:20pm Rafael Ramirez was outside with his pet named Rocco while out of no where a African American ran up to him and proceeded to shoot his shot at him but missed a couple shots. Rafael was able to grab the gun from the victim but failed completey and was gun down in front of his house. RIP
