Mass shooting at boulevard park, Kuwait

On 6:00 pm 17 Dec Wednesday there was a mass shooting carried out by 4 unidentified masked men who are currently on the run. 30 people have been severely injured, 20 have moderate wounds and 7 are dead. The goals of this shooting were unknown.
