Logan Necaise found dead by riverside

A 17-year old boy by the name of Logan j. Necaise was found dead on the bank of a river. Witnesses say that he had 4 bullet wounds and 2 stab wounds. When asked about the incident the locals simply stated that they heard gunshots around 2 in the morning. It’s a tragic day for his family to have to go through this at such a terrible time. God bless
