Local Teen Arrested for Stuffing Hot Cheetos in Her Bra

Local teen Emily Wittenrich was arrested for stuffing bra with hot Cheetos in a Walmart parking lot. This took place on December 5th at 4:00 pm. Police say the teen had 5 bags of hot Cheetos and was stuffing them into her bra to get bigger boobs.
