A 19-year-old Decatur woman is on the run charged with sex crimes involving a juvenile.
Kimmona A. James , on Wednesday was issued a warrant in Dekalb County on a rape charge.
Detectives with SPD’s Sex Crimes Unit immediately launched an investigation into the complaint, and after gathering evidence and conducting interviews, to obtain the arrest warrant for James .
