Jade olivia abusive girlfriend?

Jade olivia arrested for abuse. They said that cops were sent to Tom Feltons house after neighbors were hearing loud thumps and yells. Once the police got their Tom was found on the living room floor coughing up blood. Jade olivia girlfriend of Tom said it was an accident, but thats not what the cops thought. She was arrested soon after while Tom was rushed to the hospital.
