Identified as Kumani shepherd: It happened at approximately 11pm victims say they heard about 3 gunshots fire, That’s when bystanders say they saw a teen girl being followed by a black SUV which drove around the same corner several times The assumption is that the girl was frustrated with being followed and snapped which is what led to the shooting.
