Zoey Marie bell passed away at 3:45 pm on November 12th 2020 on her way home from school. The driver had seemed to be under the influence by the name of Mary Tomas.said by the Cops at the car crash on Putnam road she was found with a broken collarbone and many broken bones and a snapped neck. The car was completely totaled with the driver Mary Tomas still alive to tell the story.
