Young Men Commit Robbery

Two young rappers named AB Panama and JP Panama were caught evading cops in a security cam. The driver JP panama (17), was caught running through lights and speeding near Mount Diablo high School. Accompanied by Angel Bermudez (AB Panama). The Concord Police Department has issued a warrant for the two young rappers. If you have seen , or know any whereabouts report them.
