Young male, 16, Died after commiting suicide

Officers were called to the property in cheethamhill at around 4:00pm today after a woman in her 60s reported screaming in her neighbours home
Police negotiators tried to make contact with anyone inside the property before approaching the house after 4pm.
There they discovered the body of a boy in his teens in a bedroom.
From then on police pronounced the boy dead
