The owner of Tiktok appears to be missing. Byte Dance (the owner of Tiktok).TikTok, known in China as Douyin (Chinese: 抖音; pinyin: Dǒuyīn), is a Chinese video-sharing social networking service owned by ByteDance. It is used to create short music, lip-sync, dance, comedy and talent videos of 3 to 15 seconds, and short looping videos of 3 to 60 seconds.The intial release of this app was september 2016;4 years ago.A 16 year old kid found out he was using everybody for his so called app and used it for crime.
