Juanpablo Bustos Claude Burdette Burton Jr., 34, was booked into Marin County Jail on suspicion of child endangerment, evading police, resisting arrest, reckless driving, being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm and other counts.
The incident was reported at about 11 p.m. Deputies were dispatched to investigate reports of six to nine gunshots heard in the area of Drake Avenue at Donahue Street, Marin County sheriff’s Sgt. Brenton Schneider said.
