Stolen Puppies

He has traveled the world stealing puppies in a green van that goes slowly down neighborhoods hoping to see a kid walking their puppy. This van has dark tinted windows and circled windows on both sides on the van. If you see this van please contact the police immediately. His last victim was in Wilmington NC. If he sees a kid walking a puppy he will knock out the kid, take the puppy, and leave. Again, if you see this van contact the police IMMEDIATELY!
