Patrick Dempsey found dead

The famous actor was found dead late last night, he had an opioid overdose following an extended hospital visit and several public reports of his prescription drug use. Police claim that he was taking medication but he might not have been aware of what he was taking.
He also took cocaine, benzodiazepines, and amphetamies which were found in his body.
His behavior prior to the overdose was deemed “erratic” and “disheveled”.
