Otr gang

A group name “otr” has been arrested for a murder case and we have 3 individuals. 1 teen that goes by “duko” and 2 adults that go by “lul “Jody” & Jesus. The teen duko is under arrest for murder and the 2 adults are going to be free. We believe that duko was the one who pulled the trigger.
