Minecraft forced to shut down after 11 years

After 11 years Minecraft is being forced to shut down due to unknown reasons. Mojang released an article about it this morning stating that “Minecraft will no longer be able to be played after December 31st 2020. The reasons as to why must remain confidential until further notice.” Many people are angry and sad as Minecraft has been around for so many kids to play through the years.
