Death of Kara Alferes – Powell

The shooting that caused the death of 14 year old Kara Alferes-Powell accured at 9:18 P.M . Police say they have not found the person who was responsible for the murder, they found a note next to the victim’s body. The note states these words “Next time, be more careful about not getting caught eating the last of the hot wings”. The person who comitted the murder must have been really hangry.
