Death of Kara Alferes – Powell

The shooting that caused the death of 14 year old Kara Alferes-Powell , accured at approximately 9:18 P.M . Police say they have not found the person who is responsible for this young teen’s death, Kara was just arriving home from being at a family party when the shoot out had accured. The young teen had been living with her Mother at the time. Police state they are doing everything they can to fine the person responsible for Kara’s death.
