Luke Reed, son of former South Windsor police chief, Matthew Reed, was reportedly seen getting in the touchy-grabby feeling with another un identified man. Reed’s straight neighbor, Phillip Ayotte, told Channel 64 ground reporters the following: “Yeah, quite frankly I saw this coming from a hundred miles away. Not surprising in the slightest.”
