A 16 year old teenage , tik toker has been reported to have shot while waking on the streets smoking , the shop keeper caught him smoking on the streets talking to gangster like people and had thought he was part of them ,the shopkeeper then decided to help this young man by shooting a rubber bullet at one of the men but instead fired it at the teenage boy
