Austin Wittenbrook found dead in Lowell Ohio

It is said Austin was walking around the streets of Lowell when Kadin Bishman hit him going 65 mph. Kadin will be a cold hardened criminal and sentenced to 215 years in maximum security prison when found. He is extremely dangerous and if you see him, do not approach him. Just CALL 911
