Apple vs. Epic Games Feud Is Over!

After months since the removal of Fortnite from the App Store, Epic Games and Apple have been battling since August, due to a change in Fortnite’s transaction store. They did an update to the game where prices for items which charge real money were reduced by 2%. This is due to the fact that Apple takes 3% of the sales Epic makes from the transactions players make in game. Epic says that their players deserve a right to save money. With no hesitation, Apple decided to remove Fortnite from their store, making it unable to download. Since then, players who played on iOS systems could no longer download new versions of the game, which doesn’t allow iOS players to play the next update such as Chapter 2, Season 4. iOS players are stuck in version 13.40.1, the last version before the game was removed. Apple has been in a fight with Epic until now. Epic Games and Apple have come to a decision to allow Fortnite back on the App Store along with other Epic Games developed games.
