Alvar Yliherne has won the Finnish presidential election. The 13 year oldYliherne won 45% of the vote. One of Yliherne’s first priorites will be to legalize public incest. Yliherne takes over from Gabe Itch, the formee president who was criticized for his Gay mandating policies.
