15 year old girl ran over

15 year old girl, Jayleen Rivera ran over yesterday while walking with her brother McKyle in Miami Florida. Kyle claims the man was intoxicated and ran the Jayleen over. He claims he was already across the street and tried to jump to save her but was too late, he wishes it have could’ve been him. The family is currently mourning their daughter while she’s in critical condition and doctors say won’t make it till Sunday.
