15 year old girl hit and killed by car on south orange ave

At 1:35pm , 15 year old mianne swarez , hit and killed by speeding car , No arrests happened yet. Police say mianne was announced dead at 1:43pm in university hospital. Mianne has no phone on her, No house keys, Nothing. Parents were contacted. More information coming Soon.
