15 year old boy found dead in his bathroom…what happened?

15 year old boy, poppy mellow found dead in his bathroom after a fight with his parents about “low grades” 3 hours after the fight his parents went to apologize but found him dead inside the bathroom..with a slit neck..did he do it himself? Or..did someone else do it?….
