A 15 year old boy from corby has been arrested after being found possessing a whole bag of cannabis. The teenager by the name of Sol Goodwin was also found possessing a knife. This is the boy’s second strike after being arrested for attempted kidnapping of an eleven year old boy. The boy refuses to tell the police where he got the drugs and he might be facing up to 15 years in prison and an additional 5 years under police investigation
