As you know now Connor Joyce is on 13 which makes him a minor, Zoe laverne is 19 which makes her an adult. People say that her mom Debbie Pemberton approves of the relationship between them and supposedly there cousins?! So police officers arrest Zoe laverne for her actions towards Connor Joyce.
