Teenager was shot in his own backyard

At 4:50 Riley Brooks (14) was shot in his own backyard this late afternoon. The killer Alex Wellsborng (65) was hiding in their back shed waiting for him to take his dog out. He was arrested around 5:30 after running from the cops.
