Singapore is now a constitutional monarchy

The Republic of Singapore, was a self governed country, with the head of state President Halimah Yacob and governed by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong. In order to include our rich history at the same time being modern and technological advanced, Singapore has decided to implement a new head of state; a monarch. The monarch was installed officially on the ninth of August 2020. Her Royal Highness Princess Isabelle was one of the young candidates to be voted for as the new monarch. As of the start of 2020, Princess Isabelle became the first Crown Princess of Singapore. Holding the title of the highest status in the country, Her Royal Highness was trained and given responsibilities and royal duties. After adequate training, Singapore celebrated her 55th year of independence, and the new installation of a queen regnant. In the afternoon of 9th August, Her Royal Highness, Crown Princess Isabelle, Duchess of the East Singapore was crowned the sole queen regnant of Singapore, titled Her Royal Majesty Queen Isabelle of Singapore. HRM The Queen is currently the youngest living monarch and queen, with the latter displacing Queen Jetsun Pema of Bhutan who previously held the title. Her Royal Majesty is also fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, with a little Spanish and American Sign Language. The Queen Regnant has visited various monarchs and the royal families around the world since her reign, and has continuously contributed in community work. Rumour has it that The Queen favours The Princess of Asturias and The Duchess of Ostergotland.
