Seymour Killer

Recently there have been killings every Halloween in the small town of Seymour Indiana. Every year the killings have been on the streets behind South Park Dr. near downtown. This year all the residents of this part of town need to stay in their homes and stay safe. This killer is about 6 foot and always has a different costume. No one has been able to catch him, so stay on the lookout.
