NYC Girl Struck and Killed By Car

A 14 year old girl from New York City named Emily Hospedales was struck this afternoon by a car. She was pronounced dead as soon as paramedics arrived to the scene. The suspect is unknown, as they fled the scene as fast as possible. Sources say it was a naked man in his car, but it is still not confirmed yet.
