Lillyan IS Shot!!??

A 17 year old girl Named Lillyan Kreutzmann was shot yesterday at 7pm
The whole Incident was Filmed by a bystanding Woman Who seemed to be her own Mum.
The Police is still searching after the Guy who Shot her but have no real clue who it could be,
since the Family havent had trouble with other people.
