A group of teenagers say they saw a middle age man named Kieran Coller go into a shop and walk out with a new tv and say he didn’t pay for it and ran away, further action is going to be taken, in this photo below given by the girls you can see the corner of what looks to be a tv. We’re not sure on the image yet further inspections are being taken
