This claim is that when charli was just 13 she was rapped by somone which she never gave the name of. Charli later claimed how she would never let that stop her from living her dream but it is terrible since she didn’t get as much attention from her parents as she does now. Charli claims how before that incident she never got as much attention as her sister Dixie D’amelio but after that incident it’s like Dixie didn’t exist no more.
