15 year old found died

15 year old Lisandra Ortiz was found shot to death by Anson Jones middle school. Neighbors say they saw 4 teen boys running . Neighbor John Paul walked out his house at 8am to find the body of Lisandra Ortiz.
police say they caught 2 of the boys ,but the other 2 have not been found
