14 year old girl found dead

Yesterday at 9:30 pm Eliana Johnson was found dead in stockton ca she has suffering 1 gunshot wound to the back of the head.She was with her older brother xavier he says there was a drive bye and she ran infront of him and his baby boy. We only got a interview from her brother other family members say it is xavier fault that this happened because he is involved in a gang. Police are doing more investigating on this crime seen.
