Jocelyn Perry was found dead Sunday September 13, at 5:10pm , it was a tragic hit and run on wiseman street Henrietta North Carolina, a suspicious Blue car hit her with the windows tinted and no tag , she was hit standing in the road at 100mph playing vollyball with a Nabor with the name of Emilee Parker more info will be posted later
