Ally Houk Found Dead

Ally Houk, a 10 year old girl was found shot in the head earlier this morning. Her parents say that she was in her room and they heard gunshots and when they went upstairs to get her and take cover she was on the floor with a gunshot wound. Cops have still not have found the shooter yet.
