STAGE 5 COVID-19

Scott Morrison has just announced stage 5 of COVID-19. No one is allowed to go past 3km. No leaving your house after you have been tested for anything. No leaving your house after 4pm. Individuals cannot leave their house unless getting item from store. *That is essential*. No visiting any houses or residents within 3km radius. Individuals must wear masks ranging from ages 12 and above. If ANY of these restrictions are broken, individuals MUST make $2000.
