Charles Esten, 54, was found dead earlier this morning in his Pittsburgh home. His cause of death is currently unknown, but is being treated as non suspicious.
“We are deeply saddened by the death of Charles, a beloved husband and Dad. He was and will always be loved by many and known as a singer. You will forever be in the hearts of many including myself. I love you so much and I’ll see you soon.” His wife, Patty Hanson said in a Twitter post.
Charles has been seen in the hit show, ‘Nashville‘ on Stan with co-stars, Connie Britten and Clare Bowen as well as the the newest Netflix Original TV series ‘Outerbanks’, where he worked alongside Madison Bailey, Rudy Pankow and Chase Stokes. This series was due to have a season two but may not be airing anymore due to his death.
A tweet was also put out from many co-stars of Esten, including Debby Ryan, Cast of Nashville, OBX explaining their grief of his loss.
A memorial for Esten will be held with the cast of Nashville, Outerbanks, Jessie and many other movies and shows and his family members later this month.
