Senior Tathloach Wan found dead

Tathloach Wan was found dead at approximately 1:03 am on Saturday, August 1st. He was walking on the road and a drunk driver happened to hit him almost killing him instantly. Authorities arrived on the scene where he was pronounced dead at the Methodist Hospital.
