Riley Vivian Foos-Found Dead

Riley Foos found dead inside her own home. At approximately 1:50 am, 8-22-2020, Riley was found dead. Police say neighbors heard a gunshot and called the police, the police arrived at 1:50 am and unfortunately, it was not a false alarm. It was a tragic murder, no one else was in the home.
