Pop Singer, Ruel Found Dead Of Drug Overdose

Pop singer, Ruel Van Dijk was found dead in his car of a possible drug overdose on Friday, two law enforcement sources told Channel 46 News.

“He was a bright light in this world for his friends, family, and fans,” his family said in a statement.

Ruel, 17, has not shows signs of drug use in the past, but a “white-like powder”, identified for cocaine has been found in his dashboard. 12 hours after he was missing, police found him on an abandoned parking lot on the Southside of Sydney.

“The car was on parked and the body was found, his body did not show any sign of assault.”

No motive was found yet. Family is in distress. Fans are devastated posting with #ripruel.
