Norah Lapham killed

Norah Lapham died August 26, 2020 at 8:56 pm she was ran over by a Jeep and died. The driver was arrested. A couple days before she died she told her parents she had tik tok so they have been posting her drafts so people don’t think she’s dead. We can’t say anything further because we have to have a warrant
