NEW + SIDE OF RED MEAT FOUND

A 2020 study starting from five years ago in 2015 has finally come to the conclusion that red meat can cure diabetes after one has been diagnosed with it for at least 2 years. The red meat must be fully cooked and scrapped of most if not all it fat. Once fully cooked the vitamin B12 found in red meat will take action. Too much red is bad regardless.
